Don't be afraid to delegate. 

Offices that normally employ several people to run their businesses may feel insecure about outsourcing work that is usually done in office.  The key is finding someone you trust.  Start with a small project to get a feel for the caliber of work your VA is doing and if you've got the right one, your comfort level will build.  As your comfort level with your VA increases, so will your business as you will have much more time to focus on securing more customers/clients.
